Seaview is a purpose-built holiday home situated a few minutes walk from Kirkwall, close to the town but enjoying its own privacy in the grounds of Berstane House.

Both houses sit nestled in extensive woodlands with fantastic panoramic views over-looking Berstane Bay, Inganess Bay and Shapinsay Sound.

Accomodation consists of one double bedroom, one twin room, box room, shower room and living room with kitchen.

Linen, towels and electricity are included in the prices and heating is by total control panel and storage heaters.

Groceries and milk can be arranged for your arrival if required.
